This mod adds a gamerule "doBlockUpdates". When set to false, blocks will not update!

This simple mod allow you to disable all Block Updates with a gamerule: “/doBlockUpdates”
This utility is primarily for Builders, allowing them to freely work with Axiom, WorldEdit, Commands, Debug Stick etc to alter Blocks without worrying about them updating later
