Features

Smooth beam, no flicker
The flashlight does not place one light and call it a day. Every frame it traces the direction you are looking, raycasts up to 16 blocks ahead, and lays down a dense chain of light sources along that line. The result is a long, uninterrupted beam that follows your view and stays rock steady — no blinking, no popping, no gaps.

Wear it, or hold it
By default three slots work: the helmet slot, the main hand and the off hand. Put it on your head and it points wherever you look.

Every mob can carry one
It is not player-only. Any living entity holding or wearing a flashlight lights the way, so an armour stand, a companion or a zombie can carry one too.

Curios support (optional)
Install Curios and the flashlight can also sit in a curio slot, and it is rendered on the entity while worn. Curios is completely optional — without it everything else still works.

Wall aware
The beam stops at the first block it hits instead of leaking through terrain.
