Not so superhuman

 Adds a lot of things a real person would need to survive in the wilderness and forces you to use them.

You now have to worry about:

Thirst and Water: You now need to drink water to survive, you might want to purify it first though…

Temperature Regulation: You now have an internal body temp to worry about, keep some leather armor on hand. (Warning: Do not attempt to travel the nether without something to cool you down, you will die)
Seasons: The world now has seasons that change the worlds temperature and weather, goes hand in hand with your internal body temp.
Slower Healing: No fast heal for you. :/
Incapacitation: Instead of dying on losing all your health, you just go down and will need a friend to save you (or a certain golden food)
Safe Sleeping: Rather than instantly skipping the night, beds speed it up and allow for mobs to sneak up on you. also, bedbugs
The Wilderness Itself: Lots of new biomes to die in.
