Joined the Game is a Minecraft horror mod about making a normal Minecraft world feel just a bit less normal.

Strange things can happen while you’re playing. You might notice someone in the distance, see something that shouldn’t be there, receive a strange message, or come across something that makes you stop and think:

“Wait… what was that?”

The mod doesn’t try to turn Minecraft into a completely different game. Most of the time, you’re still just playing Minecraft.

Someone Else Is Here

Joined the Game also works in multiplayer.

Some events can be experienced by multiple players, so if something strange happens, you might not be the only one who saw it.

The goal is more about atmosphere and uncertainty.

You’re supposed to be able to play Minecraft normally and slowly start noticing that something isn’t quite right.

There’s more to discover than what’s written here, and finding things yourself is a big part of the mod.
