One currency for the whole pack.

Kaos Credits are the money of the Federation Of Kaos. Earn them from bounties and missions, keep them when you die, and spend them at the Broker on the gear the wasteland won’t give you.

It comes with:

• Kaos Credits (₭), an account balance that survives death 💰
• Credits you earn by doing jobs, never by grinding mobs 🔒
• The Broker, a shop whose shelves open up as you finish more jobs 🏪
• The Underground Market for materials the ruins can’t give you 🌱
• The Credit Chip, cash you can hand to a friend 💳

💰 Do the job. Get paid.

Credits only come from real work. Take down named Kaos Hunters for bounty payouts, or run courier jobs, salvage ops, relays and rescues. You can’t farm them from mobs.

🏪 The Broker: spend it, earn your way up

The Broker sells tracking gear, stims, charges and more. Locked offers stay visible so you know what to work toward, and they open up as you finish more bounties and missions. Fresh stock lands every dawn. The Broker sells extras only: no guns, no ammo, no armour. You still earn your firepower the hard way.

🌱 The Underground Market

Slime, ender pearls, seeds, saplings and other rare materials, sold by the stack. The more jobs you finish, the more shelves open.

💳 The Credit Chip

Cash out any amount at the Broker as a Credit Chip. Hand it to a teammate and they get the credits. It’s the only way to pay another player, but a chip in your pocket drops if you die.

🛡 Your balance survives death

Your balance lives in your account, not your pocket. Die and it’s still there. Check it any time on your inventory screen.

🧩 For pack makers and modders

Credits is also a library: other mods use its API to pay out credits and run their own Brokers.

• Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge 47 or newer.
• No dependencies. Required by Kaos Hunter and Kaos Missions.
• Install on both the client and the server.

In the Federation Of Kaos modpack, a post-apocalypse survival shooter, Credits is the work loop’s bank. Kaos Hunter bounties and Kaos Missions runs pay in it, and the Brokers spend it. Credits ships in the pack and is free to use in your own modpack.
