Skipping Stones

Stop crafting your stones, go find them. Skipping Stones lets you pick up
real stones straight off riverbanks and beaches, then challenge yourself to
land the perfect throw.

Features

Find your stone

Right-click gravel, sand, or red sand next to water to pick up a stone. The block
you found it on is converted, so you can’t farm one spot infinitely.

Stone quality

Every stone gets a random quality tier, weighted by the biome you found it
in. Higher tiers throw farther, but are harder to land.

Power bar throws

Forget flat click-to-throw. Hold right-click and a meter sweeps through red,
yellow, and green. Release in green for your best throw, yellow for a
partial one, or miss entirely into red and watch your stone sink.
Higher-quality stones have a narrower green zone, more reward, more risk.

Real throw physics

No hardcoded max distance. Your throw angle, your timing, and your stone’s
quality all feed into the calculation, every throw plays out a little
differently.

Stats that stick

Your best skip count and best distance are tracked and saved per player.
