A simple yet creative utility mod that allows you to shoot any block as a projectile with a block cannon.

This mod adds a single, unique weapon: the Block Cannon! It is a ranged weapon that consumes any block from your inventory as ammunition.
This item is a standalone version of the “Amethyst Inscription of Lei-Stones” from the larger mod Jiagu Reappearance made by the same auther. It has been rebalanced for independent use: it can now fire any block (not just stone variants), with a simpler crafting recipe, offering a lightweight and creative combat option. Upon impact, the fired block deals AOE damage based on the block’s hardness, along with a small-scale explosion.
Additionally, specific blocks trigger unique effects. For example, Magma Blocks and Campfires can ignite targets; Ice and Snow Blocks can apply Slowness; Chorus Flowers can cause random teleportation; Cobwebs apply the Weaving effect; and Slime Blocks apply the Oozing effect. Players can modify these extra effects by editing item tags.
The Block Cannon also has two exclusive enchantments to increase its base damage and projectile explosion radius. The mod also provides rich configuration options, allowing players to customize the Block Cannon’s attack attributes.
