Wrapper for Vanilla Minecraft Enchantments allowing for enchantments loaded Dynamically as well as statically.
Requires a Provider to operate.
Does not define any enchantments on its own, simply a system for defining dynamic enchantments.
This mod requires Gac14 Core v1.3 or later.
