After the great modpack success that has been Babubu Zagalol’s Great Adventure for Minecraft 1.19.2, let yourself be immersed in a blast from the past by a meticulously refined experience for 1.20.1 that will send you on a spiritual journey asking yourself the question: Just how few mods can I actually live with?
Based on Babubu Zagalol’s desire to travel into prehistoric times, this modpack features:
(✔) Not as much exploration (because Babubu Zagalol wanted less of it)
(✔) Not as much adventure (because Babubu Zagalol wanted less of it)
(✔) Not nearly as much magic (because Babubu Zagalol wanted less of it)
(✔) Cobblemon because 1.20.1 is the best version for putting it into a bigger modpack
(✔) No more overspawning mesozoic critters (after removing Dawn Era in the 0.5 update)
(✔) Create because even the dinosaurs knew that you couldn’t have a modpack without Create in it
(✔) No quests anyway
(✔) Fewer mods and better balancing yet the game still barely scrapes by
(✔) So few modded biomes that you could almost think you’re playing vanilla … until you get reminded that you aren’t
(✔) Babubu Zagalol approved!
✔ A list with lots of checkmarks in its description (most important feature tbh)
On a more serious note, this is just a personal Vanilla+ style modpack with a bunch of dinosaur mods that I want to try out and Create because I’ve still got to build that sandwich factory.
A good chunk of the mods contained are carefully selected performance and QoL mods however, so it should at least run reasonably well.
Since a few mods are not available on CurseForge, I recommend adding the following mods to the modpack manually:
– Tiny Item Animations
– Threateningly Mobs
– MissingMons (v. 3.1)
– MoreMons (v. 0.5.4)
– MysticMons (v. 2.0.1)
