# Dynasty Home Sweet Home

**Sell houses and land plots for MoonCoins, protected down to the exact block.** Built for the Dynasty Craft RPG server (Fabric 1.21.1).

Each plot has its own size, not 16×16 chunks. A 15×16 lot, a 23×18 riverside plot or a treehouse built from several pieces is protected exactly as drawn, so two neighbouring houses can share the same chunk.

## ✦ Features

### 🏡 Plots & purchase
– **Three categories:** vacant land (1 MoonCoin per block), houses (2 per block), and **premium houses** (2 per block + monthly tax)
– **Automatic pricing** from the plot’s surface, with a manual override: `/setprice <id> <price>`
– **Multi-zone plots** for odd-shaped builds (treehouses, hanging houses…), with full world height or limited to a height range
– Players walk into a free plot and get a clickable **[Buy]** button, then **[Confirm]**
– Rank requirements and a limit on how many properties each player can own (LuckPerms)
– Invite roommates who can build and open chests: `/maison inviter <player>`

### 🛡️ Block-precise protection
– Only the owner, their guests and staff can break, place, open containers, use buckets or touch entities
– Free plots are protected from everyone except staff
– **Explosions, pistons and fluids** coming from outside are blocked
– **Open Parties and Claims compatible:** players can no longer claim a chunk that overlaps a plot

### 🪧 Sale holograms
Floating signs above each plot show:
– Plot name and style
– **PRICE:** XX MoonCoins
– **STATUS:** Free / Occupied, plus the owner’s name
– A **tax status line visible to staff only**

Title, extra lines, position and every text template can be edited (`&` colour codes supported). Holograms are sent as packets, so no entities are left in the world.

### 💰 Premium house tax
– Monthly tax collected automatically on the 1st of each month
– 10% late penalty on the accumulated amount, with automatic retries every hour and a reminder letter
– After **3 unpaid months** the house is seized and put back on sale

### 🏛️ City treasuries
Purchases and taxes go to the **treasury of the city** the plot belongs to (Dynasty Villes). City leaders can check it and withdraw from it.

### 📬 Mailbox & post office
– A new **Mailbox** block: a white box on a brick post with a red flag that **rises when mail is waiting**
– Anyone can drop items in it; **only the owner can collect them**
– It follows the house: when the house changes owner, the mail goes to the new one
– **Post offices:** collect your own mail anywhere, or send mail to an offline player
– Sales receipts from **Dynasty Commerce** are delivered when the seller is offline
– Bonus decorative block: **Newspaper Stack** (stack up to 3)

– **Dynasty Salary 3.0.0+** (MoonCoin bank)
– Optional: Dynasty Villes, Dynasty Commerce 1.3.0+, Open Parties and Claims, LuckPerms

Install it on **both server and client**: it adds blocks.

## 🔑 Permissions
`dynasty.maison.acheter`, `dynasty.maison.acheter.prime`, `dynasty.courrier.utiliser`, `dynasty.maison.admin`, `dynasty.maison.contourner`, `dynasty.maison.caisse.admin`. Without LuckPerms, staff commands fall back to OP level 2.
