Halloween After Dark
Halloween After Dark is a survival horror Minecraft modpack for Forge 1.20.1, focused on exploration, atmosphere, and survival. It takes the familiar Minecraft experience and turns it into something darker, more unpredictable, and much less welcoming.
Explore abandoned locations, travel through forests, search for supplies, and venture into places you might not want to return to. Every environment has its own atmosphere, and the world is full of things that can make even a simple journey feel unsettling.
The experience is built around immersive horror, challenging survival, environmental effects, and carefully selected mods that work together to create a darker version of Minecraft.
Features & Atmosphere
VHS Aesthetic
Experience Minecraft through a retro VHS-inspired visual style, with camera effects, distortion, focus changes, and other recording-style features.
Unsettling Sound Design
Audio effects, background noise, distortion, and unexpected sounds help create an atmosphere that keeps you aware of your surroundings.
Environmental Atmosphere
Fog, lighting, weather, and visibility effects make exploration more unpredictable. Darkness and unfamiliar environments can make it difficult to know what’s waiting ahead.
