# CS2main

**CS2main** turns Minecraft into a structured CT versus T tactical match built around [TaCZ](https://modrinth.com/mod/timeless-and-classics-zero). It provides the match rules, economy, objectives and interface needed to start a private competitive game without command blocks or a custom server plugin.

> **0.9.0 is a beta release candidate.** Use a separate test world and report problems before running a public tournament.

## Match features

– Lobby with direct CT/T selection, ready checks and an automatic countdown
– Warmup, buy time, live rounds, round results, MR12 side swap and MR3 overtime
– Two configurable 5×5 bomb sites, a modeled C4, planting, dropping, recovery and defusing
– CS-style money, loss bonuses, kill rewards, assists, armor, helmets and defuse kits
– Ready-to-play TaCZ shop with pistols, SMGs, rifles, shotguns, sniper rifles and grenades
– Full in-game shop editor that preserves custom TaCZ weapon attachments and NBT
– Weapon dropping with **G** and aimed pickup with **E**
– Team damage protection, spectator cycling and equipment carry-over for survivors
– Persistent rating, match statistics and a top-ten leaderboard

## Interface

– Team lineups, score, phase and timer across the top of the screen
– Kill feed with weapon icons, assists and headshot indicators
– Compact money, health, armor, ammo and equipment panels
– Match scoreboard on **Tab** instead of the vanilla player list
– Radar generated from the current map, with sites, teammates and spotted enemies
– Hit confirmation, damage direction, round banners, MVP details and death reports
– Team-only names and outlines; enemy names stay hidden
– English and Russian localization

## Optional team voice

When [Simple Voice Chat](https://modrinth.com/plugin/simple-voice-chat) is installed, CS2main automatically isolates living CT and T players into separate match channels. Simple Voice Chat still needs its normal server-side UDP configuration.

Install CS2main, TaCZ and GeckoLib on the server and every client. Install Simple Voice Chat on the server and participating clients only when team voice is wanted.

## Quick arena setup

Run these commands as an operator while standing at each location:

Settings save automatically. Players use the lobby screen to choose a team and ready up. Press **M** to reopen the lobby, **B** for the shop, **G** to drop a weapon or C4, and **E** to pick up an aimed item or hold a bomb action.

Run `/cs setup` for in-game setup help. Administrators can also use `/cs config` and `/cs shop` to tune timers, site size, buy radius, prices and custom TaCZ weapons.
