Create: Tiered Backtanks

A Create addon for Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge 21.1 that adds four backtank tiers
between Create’s Copper Backtank and its Netherite Backtank.

One unit of air is one second of underwater breathing, so dive time is
capacity x efficiency. A full Diamond Backtank is two hours underwater, or roughly
7200 Extendo Grip actions.

This mod restats Create’s Netherite Backtank. Create leaves it at the Copper
baseline — 900 air, the same 15 minutes — so without this it would sit below every tier
here despite being the endgame material. This mod adds no netherite backtank of its own
and does not touch Create’s recipe, model or lava-diving behaviour; it only moves the
existing item to the top of the ladder. If you would rather leave base Create untouched,
delete the NETHERITE constant from BacktankTier and it drops out of every lookup.

Capacities are stored as ratios of Create’s airInBacktank config value rather than as
absolute numbers, so lowering or raising that setting rescales the whole ladder instead of
just the Copper tier. The table shows the values at Create’s default of 900.

Everything else behaves exactly like a Create backtank: kinetic filling (4 SU impact),
waterlogging, comparator output, right-click to wear, the Capacity enchantment, and
compatibility with Diving Helmets and every other air consumer.
