Enounter Israphel near portal ruins!
Israphel is insanely fast, uses a bow at long distance and a golden sword at close range
He is capable of rapid teleportation, nearly dodging swings before they make their full rotation
Current jar contains Israphel and his rare spawn chance at ruined portals
