Sugar Rush: Candy Blades

Candy-themed melee for Timeless and Classics Zero, built on LesRaisins Tactical Equipments.

Meet the Candy Cane Cutlass, a peppermint saber with a sugar-glass edge. You pull it out of a candy portal, every swing leaves a candy-cane trail, and whatever it hits shatters into sweets.

Moves

The combo. Three wide slashes that sweep across the whole screen, then a long, narrow jab that lunges forward and leaves the target Gooey. Every swing leaves a candy-cane crescent behind it, and every hit bursts into candy shards and sparkles.

Sugar Slam. Leap into the air with the blade raised, then dive and drive it into the ground. The impact throws up candy geysers, shockwave rings and a cloud of powdered sugar, launches everything nearby and leaves a sticky sugar patch behind.

Candy Dash Slash. Crouch with the blade drawn low, then launch forward, untouchable for the whole dash, trailing a candy ribbon. Everything you passed gets cut a moment later.

Flourish. Twirl the cutlass like a baton to refill your sugar charges.

Candy portal draw. Drawing the cutlass tears open a spinning candy portal. You reach in, yank the blade out, and the portal pinches shut in a puff of sugar. Other players see it open at your side.

Sugar charges

The Slam and the Dash cost sugar charges, shown as little candies next to your hotbar along with cooldown icons. Charges refill slowly on their own, or all at once with a Flourish (Press R)

Getting it

Craft it at the TaCZ Gun Smith Table, in the melee tab.

Requirements

• Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge 47 or newer
• Timeless and Classics Zero 1.1.8 or newer
• LesRaisins Tactical Equipments 0.4.3 or newer
• Optional: Player Animator, for the custom third-person poses

Install it on both the server and the client.

Config

• Server (sugarblades-server.toml, synced to players): damage, attack speed, durability, combo length, timing and damage, hit ranges, every number on the Slam, Dash, charges and Flourish, plus particle counts and colours
• Client (sugarblades-client.toml): HUD position, particle density, the dash FOV kick, slash trails, and the portal draw (always, first draw only, or off)
