Many Worlds Market

Trade with people across separate single-player worlds.

How it works

– It uses an order book. List 20 iron at 5 credits; someone bids 6; the trade settles at 5, and whatever’s left over stays on the book until it fills too. 

– There are two ways to get an economy/market working: use a dedicated server or host it from inside your own game, where hosting can pass between different players.

– Everyone connects from their own separate world; every event is signed and chained, so nobody can invent a credit or erase a trade without every other copy catching it instantly.

-In dedicated server mode only, trading bots now work, and there are two types: producers and market makers, which can help get a market started

Public Central Market (open to every version now)

The public central market is now up and open to every version that the mod is available on now (cross-version trading now works)

The ipv4 server address with port: 5.161.245.249:25555 (uses default port)

Steps to join:

Open the market screen -> Network -> enter the server address above -> Connect.
Survival worlds only: creative worlds and worlds with cheats enabled can’t join.

Limitations

– Singleplayer only, Fabric only.

– A forked market can’t be merged, only recovered from, so one branch is discarded; items and orders since the split come back first.

– No NBT items (enchanted gear, etc.)

– Needs a host and at least one other connected player to trade. No offline trading.

Will be hosting a central economy typa thing pretty soon.

Credits are virtual, exist only inside your world’s market, and can never be exchanged for real money or any out-of-game currency. Also, cross-version trading doesn’t work. also mod is only available on CurseForge and GitHub (and some older versions on Planet Minecraft) dont download from anywhere else
