Welcome to Unexpected Shields Mod – Forge 1.18.2, 1.19.2, and 1.19.3

This mod adds a variety of unique and powerful shields to Minecraft, each crafted from different materials and imbued with special abilities. From the sturdy and reliable Iron Shield, to the rare and precious Netherite Shield, players will have a variety of options to choose from when it comes to protecting themselves in combat. With custom damage reduction and durability values, each shield offers a unique playstyle, and the ability to add an extra level of immersion and strategy to battles. Whether you prefer to tank damage with a heavy and durable shield which will also slightly regenerate your health, or dodge and see your foes face while they fly away in the air, this mod has you covered!

 * Andesite Shield: 400-600

 * Basalt Shield: 500-700

 * Blackstone Shield: 450-650

 * Bone Shield: 200-300

 * Cobblestone Shield: 350-450

 * Copper Shield: 250-350

 * Deepslate Shield: 600-800

 * Diamond Shield: 800-1000 

 * Diorite Shield: 400-600

 * Dripstone Shield: 450-650

 * Emerald Shield: 750-950

 * Endstone Shield: 600-800

 * Golden Shield: 200-300

 * Granite Shield: 400-600

 * Iron Shield: 500-700

 * Lapislazuli Shield: 350-450

 * Netherite Shield: 800-1000

 * Netherrack Shield: 250-350

 * Obsidian Shield: 900-1100

 * Quartz Shield: 600-800

 * Redsandstone Shield: 450-650

 * Sandstone Shield: 400-600

Repair item is the shield's material. Since they are stronger than default, will require a block of their own material to repair.
On a random basis, it will regenerate your health for 3 seconds while protecting from attacks ... Also, these shields will vanquish your foes with a temporary counterattack. 
Reacting with a knockback force, pushing them off you. The Warden does not like it at all ... ;D

Ah, the Diamond shield ... story tells, Skeletons and Strays think twice before shooting at it.
