Calamity Meter Mod

This mod brings two combat meters inspired by Terraria’s Calamity Mod into Minecraft. Each meter has a unique charging mechanism and rewards skilled play with multiplicative damage buffs.

🔥 Rage Meter

The Rage Meter fills when you stay close to enemies. Get aggressive and push into danger to build up your fury.

Charging

• The meter ranges from 0 to 100.
• Charge rate depends on distance to the nearest enemy:
  • When within 10 blocks of an enemy.
• During boss fights, the charge rate is tripled.

Draining

• The meter starts draining when you are out of combat (no enemies within range).
• Drain rate: 3.33% per second – a full meter empties in 30 seconds.

Rage Mode (Activation Key: G – customizable)

• When the meter is full, press G to activate Rage Mode.
• Grants a +35% multiplicative damage bonus (applied after all other damage calculations).
• The bonus is multiplicative, not additive – meaning it scales with your existing gear for massive damage output.

⚡ Adrenaline Meter

The Adrenaline Meter is a high-risk, high-reward system designed for boss encounters. Stay untouched, build power, and unleash devastating damage.

Charging

• The meter ranges from 0 to 10000.
• Charges **only when within *_75 blocks_* of a boss**.
• Charge rate: 1000/3 per second – a full charge takes 30 seconds of uninterrupted survival.
• As long as you avoid damage, the meter steadily fills.

Losing Adrenaline

• Taking damage resets the meter to 0 and pauses charging for 1 second.
• When the meter is full, any hit will completely empty it – no partial loss, full reset.
• The amount lost scales with damage taken:
  • lose everything.

Adrenaline Mode (Activation Key: H – customizable)

• When the meter is full, press H to activate Adrenaline Mode.
• Grants a +150% multiplicative damage bonus – this is multiplicative and applied after all other damage bonuses.
• Use it wisely – once activated, the bonus lasts until you take damage or the effect expires.

🎨 Visual & UI

• Both meters appear as stylish bars near your hotbar.
• Rage Meter (red/orange theme) – located on the left.
• Adrenaline Meter (blue/cyan theme) – located on the right of the Rage Meter.
• Each meter features charging animations and particle effects that intensify as the meter fills.
• When a mode is activated, unique particle bursts surround your character.

⚙️ Full Configuration

A dedicated configuration screen lets you fine-tune every aspect of the mod. Available settings include:

• Rage Settings: Charge rate, drain rate, distance thresholds, boss multiplier, buff duration.
• Adrenaline Settings: Charge rate, loss scaling, boss detection range, buff duration.
• UI Settings: Position, size.
• All settings can be adjusted in real-time – no restart needed!

All keybindings can be remapped in Minecraft’s controls menu.
