Auto Clutch is a client-side Minecraft mod that automatically detects dangerous falls and performs the best available clutch to help you survive.

Whether you’re falling from a small cliff or a massive height, Auto Clutch continuously analyzes your fall, predicts the landing point, prepares the required item, and executes the clutch at the right moment.

High-Fall Detection

Auto Clutch is designed to detect falls even from extremely high locations. It does not rely only on increasing fall speed, so detection continues working even after the player’s falling velocity becomes stable.

The system detects the fall early, prepares the clutch, predicts the landing position, and executes at the appropriate distance from the ground.

Smart Timing

The mod uses different timing for different clutch types.

• Block and bucket clutches are prepared early and executed near the safe placement window.

• Ender Pearls and Wind Charges account for projectile travel time.

• Boats use placement followed by a second interaction to enter the boat.

• Elytra clutches can transition the player into flight when appropriate.

Item Recovery

After a successful clutch, Auto Clutch can recover reusable clutch items where Minecraft mechanics allow it, including placed water and other recoverable items.

The mod avoids unnecessary inventory manipulation and returns control to the player after the clutch is completed.

Player Control

Auto Clutch only takes control when a dangerous fall requires it.

After the clutch:

• No unnecessary camera reset

• No unnecessary hotbar restoration

• No inventory cleanup

• No repeated actions

• Full control returns to the player

Toggle

Use the configurable Auto Clutch keybind to enable or disable the system.

A small popup appears when entering a new game showing the configured key and the creator credit.
