Create: Coaster Skin

Create: Coaster Skin is an addon for Create: Coasters Simulated that lets you customize each coaster cart with different skins, styles, liveries, and special abilities.

Want a wooden coaster that floats? A cart that skims across water? Or a spinning cabin that reacts to the track? You can have them all!

Every cart can have its own appearance and settings, even when connected to other carts in a train.

Classic Coaster

The most customizable skin in the mod, with 3 different styles, each with two seats.

Default

The classic roller coaster experience, with a refreshed model and three liveries:

• Default
• Antarctica
• Hotdog

WildSpin

A freely rotating cabin that reacts to acceleration, braking, and changes in track direction.

WildSpin can complete full rotations, and its momentum allows it to keep spinning even after the forces that started the rotation have changed.

Available liveries:

• WildSpin
• Blue Light

SkyGlide

A flying-style coaster with seats that fold through 80°, giving riders a different view of the ride.

The seats can also swing sideways as the coaster moves.

Available liveries:

• SkyGlide
• Toxic
• Super Sonic

Skimmer — Now Skims on Water!

Skimmer replaces the usual wheels with skis, allowing it to glide across the ground with very little forward resistance.

Soul Sand and Soul Soil slow it down.

And now, Skimmer can skim across water!

Enter the water at a suitable angle and speed, and Skimmer will glide along the surface. It gradually loses speed and eventually sinks.

More speed, MORE DISTANCE!

Skimmer includes three liveries:

• Skimmer
• Midnight
• Sunset

Midnight and Sunset have glowing details that stay bright at night! No shaders required.

Log

A wooden coaster that can float on water when it leaves the rails.

Its buoyancy depends on the weight of the cart and anything attached to it. Add too much weight, and it can sink!

Log has received a refreshed model and four liveries:

• Oak
• Dark Oak
• Birch
• Cherry

It also has a custom axe-shaped connection that extends and contracts as the cart moves.

Industrial

Need more room to build?

Industrial replaces the normal 1×1 starter base with a 3×3 platform, giving you more space to build directly on your coaster.

Cart Alignment Upgrade

Want to control WildSpin’s rotation or SkyGlide’s folding seats?

Use the Cart Alignment track upgrade!

To install it:

1. Hold the Screwdriver.
2. Select the starting track anchor.
3. Select the ending track anchor with the same Screwdriver.
4. Choose Cart alignment from the Track Upgrades menu.

The first anchor becomes the control anchor.

Power it with redstone to align WildSpin’s cabin or raise SkyGlide’s seats into their upright boarding position.

Remove the power or leave the upgraded track section to release the effect.

How to Customize Your Carts

1. Place a Simulated Coasters cart.
2. Hold the Screwdriver (crafted with one iron ingot above two sticks).
3. Right-click the cart.
4. Choose a skin, style, and livery.

Want to customize an entire linked train?

Crouch-right-click a cart with the Screwdriver to copy its configuration to the other carts in the train.

You can still customize each cart individually afterward!
