MCDoom – AzureLib 3.x Port

This is an unofficial build of MCDoom by AzureDoom, updated to run on AzureLib 3.1.11.

The original was last updated in September 2024 and targets AzureLib 2.3.22, which modern AzureLib no longer provides. This build ports the mod to the rewritten 3.x animation API so it loads again on current setups. Nothing about the mod’s content or gameplay was changed – same demons, weapons, models, animations, and sounds.

If you’re replacing the original MCDoom in an existing pack, SmartBrainLib is the one you’ll need to add.

What changed

Only the AzureLib integration was rewritten: animation controllers, renderers, model classes, render layers, and client registration were migrated from the 2.x API to 3.x. Entity AI was repointed at standalone SmartBrainLib, which AzureLib 3.x dropped. No resources, recipes, loot tables, or balance values were touched.
