Terranoia – Horror Contained

Modpack featuring Apotheosis and horror mods as it’s base, with machinery, spells, and new equipment to give yourself a fighting chance against the likes of SCP-087, nightmares & wraiths, Slenderman’s Forest, or a journey through the Backrooms. Collect dozens of artifacts, relics, and curios along the way to build further advantages against the creatures.

Progression has been made more difficult to balance against apotheosis, as well as other mods to help shake up the usual set of foes you usually find lurking in caves or creeping around at night. Structures have been rebalanced to reward exploration.

Also features several multiplayer-specific mods to boost an experience with friends. It’s not only made-for-servers, it’s also made for shaders and compatibility too! Mods should feel intertwined and useful in almost every context, and look good while doing it! Terranoia comes included with a few tested shaders with preconfigured visuals to maximize performance on low-end devices while still maintaining good visuals.

Specific mod changes:
-The Backrooms can only be entered via craftable Plain Walls, players respawn in their beds after entering the backrooms.
-Atmosphere blocks from Horror Elements are replaced with Stone via Block Swap to force deactivate them.
-Slender Forest structures are slightly more common, except path structures, which are now less common.

-DimensionalDoors compatibility for shaders displaying light and clouds in pockets and limbo unintentionally
