Parachutist

Jump from cliffs, towers, or airships with a reusable parachute you can steer, or skim mountain slopes in a wingsuit. Dive to build speed beyond an unboosted elytra, pull up to trade speed for height, then deploy your parachute for the landing. Wingsuits use gravity and momentum; fireworks cannot boost them.

The canopy takes a moment to open: fabric streams behind you before unfurling and catching the air. Pull early- fall protection starts once it is fully open.

Custom colors and gradients

Craft a parachute or wingsuit with dyes to recolor its fabric. One dye gives a solid color. Arrange several dyes in rows, columns, diagonals, or corners to create gradients and blended patterns.

Patterns appear on inventory icons and worn equipment, including the open canopy. This uses the same dye system as CC: Keycards, without requiring that mod.

Dyeing a combined rig recolors the wingsuit. Separate it first to recolor the parachute independently.

Controls

Parachute

• H or Sneak + right-click to deploy or retract
• WASD to steer
• Sneak to descend faster; combine it with a movement key for faster directional dives

Landing retracts the parachute automatically.

Wingsuit

• Jump while airborne to start gliding
• Mouse look to aim; look down to dive and up to pull out
• A / D to bank and turn
• Sneak to flare and brake
• Z / X for left and right barrel rolls
• H to deploy an attached parachute or one equipped through Curios

Deploy and roll keys can be rebound in Controls. When Do a Barrel Roll is enabled, use its camera and roll controls.

Optional compatibility

Curios: Wear wingsuits in the body slot, parachutes in the back slot, and goggles in the head slot over armor

Do a Barrel Roll: Mouse banking, rolls, and pitch-controlled flight with wingsuits or an open canopy

Better Falling 3.0.0: Freefall animations yield while gliding or using a parachute and resume during ordinary freefall

These integrations are optional and installed separately.
