Turn your sky into a nightmare with CustomSkyboxes. Blood moons, heavy realistic storm clouds, eclipses that never end and things that watch from the dark. Made for horror maps, events and survival nights you want to dread.

Requires the CustomSkyboxes mod. This pack adds the textures, and you choose what to show with the mod’s commands.

What’s inside

• 9 night skies: blood_night dead_moonlight the_veins they_watch black_abyss toxic_night drowned_night ember_night bruised_sky
• 5 day skies: ashen_day sick_dusk rust_day pale_dawn bloody_dawn
• 2 extra skies: hellfire.gif, an animated wall of fire, and endless_fog
• All 16 are in the sky folder, so any of them can stay up day and night
• 10 moons: blood_moon halo_moon lunar_eclipse ring_of_night black_moon bone_moon cracked_moon drowned_moon rotten_moon the_eye, and they follow the moon phases
• 10 suns and eclipses: black_sun crimson_eclipse sick_eclipse void_eclipse ice_eclipse ghost_eclipse gold_eclipse spiked_eclipse ring_of_fire dying_sun
• 6 clouds: blood_clouds ash_clouds black_smoke toxic_clouds ember_clouds bruise_clouds
• Rain and snow: blood_rain black_tar acid_rain ash_fall ember_fall
• 3 rift backgrounds: rift_maw rift_eyes rift_flesh

How to use it

Put the pack in your resourcepacks folder, turn it on in game and try:

Tab completion lists every texture. Use /customskyboxes reload if a new texture does not show up.

On a server, every player needs the pack and the mod to see it. You can send it to everyone with the server command or the plugin.
