🏹 Skeleton Arrow Pickup

Have you ever wondered why arrows fired by Skeletons in vanilla Minecraft are completely useless once they miss and hit the ground? Normally, skeletons fire infinite arrows tagged as `DISALLOWED`, leaving them stuck in the dirt until they vanish after a minute.

**Skeleton Arrow Pickup** fixes this annoying limitation! All arrows shot by skeletons can now be collected, put in your inventory, and shot back from your own Bow or Crossbow.

– 🎯 Collect Missed Arrows: Walk over any skeleton arrow stuck in the ground or blocks to pick it up!
– 🏹 Full Skeleton Family Support:
– Standard Skeleton (regular Arrows)
– Stray (Tipped Arrows of Slowness)
– Bogged (Tipped Arrows of Poison)
– Wither Skeleton (if wielding a Bow)
– 🧪 Tipped Arrow Retrieval: If a Stray or Bogged shoots at you, the retrieved arrow retains its actual potion effect!
– ⚙️ Configurable Settings:
– pickup_chance: Change collection chance from 100% (`1.0`) to any custom percentage (`0.0` – `1.0`).
– affect_all_monsters: Optionally allow arrows from Pillagers, Piglins, etc. (`true`/`false`).
– play_pickup_sound: Toggle the classic inventory pickup pop sound.
– ⚡ Lightweight & High Performance: Direct bytecode mixin hook with zero performance overhead.
– 🌐 Server-Friendly: Can be installed on a dedicated server; vanilla clients can join without installing the mod!
