Welcome to the Apocalypse.

Perfect Parasites is a handcrafted Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 survival horror modpack built around Scape and Run: Parasites, carefully balanced to create a challenging, immersive, and rewarding survival experience.

As the parasite infection spreads, the world becomes increasingly hostile. Explore dangerous landscapes, gather valuable resources, fortify your base, and adapt your combat strategies—or become the next host.
