Added Recipes similar to the costs of crafting iron golems to each mech part.
This is for the Old alpha7 version of PomkotMechs you can still use it.
However, with the new Parts Workbench in alpha 8, I’ll be talking with Pomkot about fixing it and allowing custom recipe loading for it.

Also, the’re some minor rebalances to the engines, as It didn’t sit right with me for high fuel consumption to have no extra energy regeneration.
