Sable Trees : Aeronautics falling trees

Sable Trees makes trees physically topple when chopped with an axe. Choose between two modes:

The default mode. Trees remain physical during the fall, then break into normal wood and leaf drops shortly after landing.

Keep the fallen tree as a real physics object. Harvest it later, or add blocks to turn it into a regular Sable structure.

• Strong impacts can split wood where pressure and bending build up.
• Falling leaf particles and a light dust burst bring landings to life.
• Natural bee nests fall with their tree. Watch out for angry bees!

• Use an axe. Larger trees take longer and cost more durability.
• For thick trunks, cut every supporting log in the same row. 
• Sneak to break a single log normally.

Tested with Biomes O’ Plenty, Terralith, Oh The Biomes We’ve Gone and Regions Unexplored.

Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge and Sable. Install on both client and server.

Newly generated and sapling-grown trees are tracked. Player-placed logs are excluded. Older trees require one-time administrator registration.

Choose SHATTER or KEEP_WHOLE in the config. Impact fractures, fall speed, particles and the delay before shattering are configurable.

Creative felling does not produce drops.
