This mod allows you to cook Rotten Flesh in Furnaces, Smokers, and Campfires, turning an otherwise mostly useless item into a more valuable food source.

The mod is primarily designed for Zombie Apocalypse modpacks, where food and resources can be much harder to obtain. However, the recipe is carefully balanced to also fit naturally into Vanilla Minecraft without making survival too easy.
