Ravare: Wanderlust

“Wanderlust is not just a modpack; it’s an experience.”

Moving on from the cliché sayings and quotes, Wanderlust is a pack built around three primary principles of beauty, exploration, and creativity. Initially created as a private pack for a small group of friends we have since expanded and now require a better method of handing out the pack. 

Beauty:

Through the use of numerous mods Wanderlust will enhance your world to a new level. We have changed everything from biomes (Biomes O’ Plenty) to sounds (Dynamic Sounds) to even the trees (Dynamic Trees). Hell, we even changed the sky! (Stellar Sky).

Exploration:

Exploration is hard to enhance without adding tons of buildings scattered around your world in messy heaps, so instead, we added mods that require exploration to delve into. We have three primary “magic” mods to help us with this; Thaumcraft, Astral Sorcery, and Embers. Alongside these, we have several mods that add new fauna and flora to find to make every hill you climb different from the last.

Creativity:

Creativity is a fairly vague word so we tried to get a little of everything. For the self-proclaimed architects, we have Chisel & Bits, Chisel, Rustic, and a few others to help you along. For those with a tinkerer’s mindset, we have Immersive Engineering and Forestry. And then for the farmers, we have Pam’s Harvestcraft and Animania.

Quality of Life:

Though this is not one of our “three primary principles” we think these mods are needed for a proper modded experience. We have JEI and allllll its additions, Quark, BetterPlacement, Journeymap, and so forth. Not sure where else to put this but we also have a bunch of add-ons for the mods listed above, cuz, we need ’em.
