The Juniper Starter Pack

A small pack based around Mekanism, AE2, and Project E. The beginning of Minecraft remains unchanged, Biomes O’ Plenty will be the only thing effecting your world generation, and almost all vanilla crafting recipes staying the same. The only mods impacting you early on will be harvestcraft, Ice and Fire’s mobs, and the beginning of Mystical Agriculture, but they don’t play a big role until you’ve beat normal minecraft and made it to the end. At this point you gain access to more mods because you can craft their items and its at this point that the game starts to look significantly different. You’ll encounter late game Mekanism equipment, Draconic Evolution bosses, Project E, and many more late game things to come as the pack expands. It will only include relatively well known mods so that new players can learn to use them.

There is no quest line yet in the pack, but its designed to show beginners to modded minecraft around certain complex mods so I do have a plan for one in the future which I will begin to implement as soon as the modpacks crafting recipes are finalized. 

The recipes and EMC values are likely to be unbalanced right now as I work on refining them, and I’m open to suggestions.
