The Time Vortex (TARDIS) Equi’s Edit

An edit of Plaaasma’s mod called the The Time Vortex (TARDIS). This edit is for people who don’t want chunks to generate inside the votex dimension. This will help saves by a TON with TPS when generating chunks, and world size.
