Yuushya Townscape – A mod that adds hundreds of beautiful blocks for building a city.

Chipped – adds thousands of block variants like amethyst bricks or eroded diorite blocks (very similiar to Chisel).

Prehistoric Fauna – if you want to add a museum with pretty skeletons or make a real dinosaur park.

Alex’s Mobs – adds around 70+ vanilla friendly mobs for building a fully functional zoo (every one of them has an ability).
