Limits FPS to the monitors refresh rate without V-Sync. Adds the option to limit framerate up to 1000 FPS.

FPS-Sync
FPS-Sync automatically caps your framerate to your monitor’s refresh rate. This is different to V-Sync and doesn’t add input lag to the game.
The mod also allows for custom frame limits up to 1000 FPS.
The FPS slider in Minecraft now includes a new “FPS-Sync” option at the leftmost position. Select it to enable the mod.

FPS-Sync (FPS Limiter) 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。运行环境：仅客户端。
