Note: There is a very heavy terrain generation mod: Larion World Generation
There is a boatload of performance mods to help you out with this – but it is very cpu and ram heavy when not running on a server.  Part of this is C2ME, a multicore chunk loader that is in beta and is running off a fabric compat – so this may be unstable. 

I also suggest a minimum of 5gb of ram, with the best results at 8gb or more.

You may want to pre-generate your world using chunky, which is in the modpack already – Highly reccomended for servers.
