When it is night time. All head’s of mobs (can be configured in config file) look towards the player within a certain amount of blocks (default is 100 blocks).
CLIENT-BASED MOD: Each instance of mob head looking at the player is individual to the client. So, multiple people can be looking at the same mob and seeing different head rotations.
