This mod adds a lot of miscellaneous and quality of life changes, Including:

A much better way to progress in vanilla minecraft. Instead of farming melons and carrots and vanilla crops, which can be boring and un-engaging, You can farm new fruits and vegetables and make jams and processed variants to sell to villagers instead, making the game much more engaging and fun.
“Thor’s Curse” Enchantment for swords. Summons lightning after your enemies. But of course damages the player.
A new mineral, and new tools and armor (midgame, between iron and diamond) with special full set effects.
Sweet potatoes!
Lead ore, lead tools and armor, gives Bad luck when full suit is worn, due to lead poisoning making your IQ drop
2 new types of wood
Eggplant crop, eggplant foods
Tomato crop, Tomato bushes, Tomato food
Strawberries
Blue berries, Black berries
Cheese, Cheesy foods
Claymores of every material, Stronger than the sword alternative but slightly slower, similar to axes.
Copper doors, trapdoors, pressure plates, buttons
Stone doors, trapdoors
Multiple variations of cooked eggs.
Overpowered purple carrots, similar to enchanted golden apples, found only in bastions.
Sandwiches of every meat, and their cheesy variants, giving Absorption II and regeneration
Knives
Home set and return commands
Much more to come.
