Fog Looks Fixed Now

This is a fork of Fog Looks Modern Now for Forge 1.20.1 that adds some extra features and fixes some of the issues:

Changes & additions:

• Colours in biome fog map now also apply to surface biomes meaning fog properties of surface biomes can now be also fully controlled (previously only fog end & start were respected)
• Biome fog map config format has been changed. Instead of using float as a multiplier of render distance it now uses a fixed distance in blocks, for example the following entry: minecraft:snowy_plains,2,16,4179397 will now create a fog that starts at 2 blocks from the player and ends at 16 blocks regardless of their render distance. Global fog and cave fog density values still use 0.0 – 1.0 float values that are multipliers of the current render distance.

Fixes:

• Fixes issue #5 where trying to add entries to biomeFogMap would cause a game crash.
• Fixes an issue where walking under solid blocks would cause a cave fog to appear. Now the cave fog will only appear if the skylight at camera position is 0, fixing the issue with cave fog appearing when on the surface.
• Fixes Darkness being affected by fog colour and the fog distance temporarily resetting to global values when it was applied.
