Fantasy Minecraft. Vanilla Minecraft, with fantasy added in small, deliberate pieces. Choose a race. Explore castles, villages and new lands. Learn magic, cross into new realms, and defeat the twelve bosses who hold the eyes that open the End.

Origins. Choose a race when you first join. Each one specializes in different kinds of weapons. In both editions: Human, Dwarf, Wood Elf and Ogre. Fabric: High Elf, Halfling and Orc. NeoForge: Dark Elf, Goblin and Troll. An Orb of Origin, found in ancient city chests, lets you choose again.

Structures. Castles, forts and towns across the land, some of them in ruins, with taverns, crypts and camps between them, and wizard towers guarded by evokers.

Nature. Over 50 new biomes, crystal canyons and pink salt caves, creatures found only in this edition, and the Pale Garden from later versions of Minecraft.

Villages. Every villager has a name and a voice, and every village an inn. Villagers ask you for help, and helping raises your standing.

Building. Furniture for every room, workbenches that turn a block into dozens of variants, and new paintings to hang.

Combat and Magic. Bows, crossbows, javelins, daggers, sickles, double axes and glaives. Arcane, fire, frost, water, earth and wind magic, cast with runes. 30+ sets of armor across the vanilla tiers. Rings, necklaces and rare trinkets.

Realms. The Aether, a realm of floating islands with dungeons and bosses, reached through a glowstone portal. New Nether biomes. The outer End fills with new biomes, creatures and structures, and the dragon fights harder.

The Twelve Eyes. The End portal needs twelve eyes, and each boss holds one. The bosses are spread across the Overworld, the Nether and the Aether. Gather all twelve and take them to a stronghold.

Two Editions. To see everything, you need to play both. Fabric has Cinderscapes, Terrestria, Traverse, Critters and Companions, Aquamirae, Bosses of Mass Destruction and NiftyCarts. NeoForge has Even Better Nether, Atmospheric, Autumnity, Environmental, Mowzie's Mobs, L_Ender's Cataclysm and AstikorCarts Redux. And more in each edition!
