Original work

Based on Ars Nouveau by Bailey Hollingsworth and contributors, version 4.12.7 from the 1.20 branch (Minecraft 1.20.1). All credit for the original mod and its assets goes to them.

Also includes Ars Énergistique by 90 and dkmk100 (LGPL v3.0), with some textures based on Applied Energistics 2 textures (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0).

License

Yes, this fork uses Ars Nouveau’s original textures and models, unmodified. On the 1.20 branch, both code and assets are licensed under the LGPL v3.0 (license.txt, README). Assets became All Rights Reserved only in later versions (commit ef7814a, February 2025, main/1.21 only), and this fork uses no assets from those versions.

Differences from the original

Volcanic Sourcelink output is reduced to a quarter.
New Large Source Jar (3×3×3, 1,080,000 Source); stacked jars share storage.
Source amounts are no longer capped at about 2.1 billion.
Source Relays can link to any block that stores Source, including other mods’ containers.
Spell turret break spells merge their drops into one spot.
Ars Énergistique is built in (active only with Applied Energistics 2 installed).
Network and performance optimisations.
