SlashBlade: Recasting2

Adds 61 named blades, 85 Slash Arts (SA), and 59 Special Effects (SE).

This project uses dual licensing: the source code is licensed under the MIT License, while all rights to textures, models, and other art assets are reserved by til and HTOD. Normal use and redistribution of official, unmodified JAR files are permitted. Extracting or redistributing art assets separately is prohibited.
