You find yourself stranded in a world with a talking book and only what you brought with you on your orevious adventure.  Perhaps it’s going to be helpful.  Take to the tasks the Axolotl bids upon you, and you might just survive to discover a thing or two.

Environment

We got earthquakes, we got volcanoes, we got dinosaurs, we got perilous seas and active rainfall and pollution and what more could you want?  OH that’s right! You suffer from heat stroke, hypothermia, dehydration AND the unavoidable madness.

Survival Overhauled

Gravel to Greatness is built to make survival an immersive and technical, yet fantastical experience, reworked from the ground up to give you a different look at the world. From gravel you’ll chip at your first stone, and from there it’s up to you.  With expansions to terrain generation, plant and animal life, and even extending into the unique tools, magic and weapons, you’ll come across unexpected treasures and perils venturing into parts unknown to conquer this world where the alternate worlds are above and below.

Try not to get eaten as you invent your way up through the stone age before nightfall, otherwise as stated earlier, you’ll be eaten.  Finding flint will be easy, just follow Axolotl’s instructions and it’ll be a cakewalk.

In concert with the crafting overhaul, the world is teeming with dangerous creatures, but allies that’ll aide you along the way. If you acclimate to that, you’ll survive long enough to worry about the elements.

You’re no stranger to the hot and cold temperatures of the world, but perhaps but heat stroke or hypothermia. Worry not, you’re in for one or both, and should you best the weather you’ll survive long enough to get hungry.

Balancing a proper, diverse range of foods is made possible thanks to Diet, Cravings!, and a host of Croptopia and Farmer’s Delight addons, amongst some other hidden gems.  With the added benefits of being a healthy eater, you’ll survive long enough to start gaining allies.

A host of companion mods as well as a villager overhaul are geared toward enlivening your world, bringing a new level of depth to the way you interact with the world and its denizens.  If you ally up with this world’s people, you might just survive long enough to build a town.

Exploration

The world has many regions, the space has many worlds.  Each poses a challenge, will you find what you didn’t know that you didn’t know?  Travelling between the various dimensions, as the old saying goes, the more things change, the more they stay the same.  Which is to say you might want to pack a few bandages ad a tonic or two before venturing outside. 

Overworld, Nether, Deep Dark, and End, through Terralith, Biomes O” Plenty, and many other dimension specific mods ensure the world you shall venture through will reveal expansive landscapes, magestic creatures, and hidden dangers waiting for you and your adventuring party to explore.

Currently known Issues:

• Keyboard Bundles and Configured Defaults potential incompatibility, failed localization of keybinds to new downloads, mod still functional
  
• The modpack may take a considerable ammount of time to launch, this is in part due to the 700+ mods installed, Reccomended 4070 with 16Gb of available RAM
• Add Datapacks to config/openoader/data/  for proper functionality

This is my first modpack release, and I thank you for your interest in this project.  I’m developing this modpack solo, but i stand on the shoulders of giants.  It’s through the efforts of hundreds of mod crafters that this pack can be made, curseforge that it can be hosted, and you, the player that this world can be explored.
