Net Weight is a WIP mod that aims to be a complete overhaul to fishing. It was recently updated for the Modfest Mod Jam, but I did not have enough free time to implement most of what I had planned.
Currently the mod adds the ability to separate fishes by biome temperature, rain fall, height, or thunder. At a later date I will add even more fine-grained control, to allow for defining fish drops per biome.
You will also notice that you now need bait for fishing, valid baits are most seeds, potatoes, bread, and nether warts.
Planned Features:
- make larger fish harder to catch
- make fish have different saturation based on their weight
- keep the weight through cooking the fish in a furnace
- fishing competition between players (see #1)

Net Weight 支持 Minecraft Java 版 1.15.2，可用的加载器：Fabric。下载时注意选择和你游戏版本一致的文件。
Net Weight 怎么安装？
先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。
