Mainly focused around minecolonies and create but with a few server management mods such as FTB essentials.

Minecolonies will let you create a lush town full of NPCs to farm, mine and even cook for you. you can then use create to set up automated farms without getting into any of those high tech mods. you can then set up a train line connecting your town to your friends towns!
