添加更多关于钻石的建筑工具

干钻石为模组的新物品，作为一种钻石的廉价替代品，在下界生成（生成数值与石英矿一致）

注意：不建议在安装此模组时同时安装等价交换

因为干钻石可从钻石燃烧而来，所以EMC与钻石一致，会影响游戏的平衡

暂时处于开发中状态，当版本开发大致完成时将更新高版本模组

Add more building blocks about diamonds

Dry diamonds are a new item of the module, as a cheap substitute for diamonds, generated in the Nether (the generated value is the same as the quartz ore)

Note: It is not recommended to install ProjectE at the same time when installing this mod

Since dry diamonds can be burned from diamonds, EMC is same with diamonds, which will affect the balance

Temporarily under development, high version mod will be updated when development is roughly completed
