There are many new animals (Alex’s Mods) along with more colour variants of vanilla mobs (More Mob Variants). There are several mods which allow you access to more information (information such as enchantment descriptions and information on food items). There is a large amount of new biomes (Biomes o’ Plenty) with new blocks and foliage to explore. There are mods which allow the user to create furniture and decoration blocks (Macaw’s mods), along with a mod which allows you to create detailed blocks and buildings out of different pixels (Chisel & Bits). There is a mod which retains your dropped items upon death (Corpse). There are several Create mods which allow players to enhance proficiency of activities such as farming and getting specific blocks or going to certain areas. Dragons are new ridable, with a mod which allows an egg to be dropped every time the ender dragon is killed. There are a variety of new dungeons and PvE (Person verses Environment) aspects, along with new weapons and better combat. There are now backpacks and new storage containers. The Twilight Forest is a new dimension filled with different creatures and bosses. There are several new methods of getting around, with Waystones allowing easy transportation and maps allowing players to find specific points without getting lost.
