Add an Auto-Salvage upgrade to Sophisticated Backpacks:salvagingbackpack:salvaging_upgrade

• Automatically detect and disassemble Apotheosis equipment and gems 
• – All salvaged outputs return directly into the backpack inventory
• – Performs an inventory scan once every second
• – Toggle switch available to enable/disable the entire upgrade function
  

  two operation modes: Allow and Block.
  Default Mode: Block
   
  – Block Mode: Items are reclaimed by default.

  After adding items to the filter:
  Items matching the filter → not reclaimed;
  Items mismatching the filter → still reclaimed.
  ​
  – Allow Mode functions in the exact opposite way of Block Mode.
