DMZ: Generations

Grow old. Grow strong. Pass on your power.

DMZ: Generations is an addon for DragonMineZ that adds a living age & generations system on top of the mod. Your character is born young, ages with every passing day, and grows through the stages of life — each one changing how strong you are, how you look, and what you can do. When you finally reach old age, you can rebirth to pass your power on to a new, stronger generation.

 Aging

• You start as a child and grow 1 year every 7 Minecraft days (configurable).
• Every birthday you get a message, an XP chime, and a burst of particles when you enter a new life stage.
• The Hyperbolic Time Chamber accelerates aging — train there and watch the years fly by.
• You don’t age while dead / in the Otherworld with a halo.

Life Stages

Each stage changes your stats and your size:

 Stage Perks

• Child — faster movement, softer landings.
• Teen — fastest learner (big mastery gains) and strong Ki/stamina regen.
• Young Adult — great stamina and steady growth.
• Adult — combat peak with bonus critical hits.
• Elder — strong Ki regen and a mentor aura that boosts nearby young players’ training.

Old Age

Being an elder has a price: periodic ailments (“achaques”) chip away at your health (they won’t kill you by default), and your hair grays with the years.

Generations & Rebirth

Reach elderhood and meet the level requirement to rebirth: reset your progress and come back as a child of the next generation, with a permanent stat buff that grows every generation (up to Gen 5). On rebirth you keep your race and can re-customize your look (hair, colors, tattoos…).

Fully Configurable

Everything lives in a simple JSON config (config/dmzgenerations/generations.json) — days per year, stat curves, perks, model scales, generation buff, and more. Use /dmzgen reload to apply changes live.
