Stable anvil cost

This mod changes the way that anvil costs are calculated and allow you to custom the tooltip color of the item.

• The XP cost only depends on the enchantments to be added, and their levels. It ignores how many times the item has been enchanted.
• Curses reduce the cost of a fusion.
• No more penalties are applied when you enchant one item multiple times.
• Remove the cost limitation, no more ‘Too expensive’ message.

Renaming an item is free.

Repairing an item only costs the material, not XP:

Dye can be applied to an item to change its tooltip color.
