Key Features

Employees

Tired of doing everything yourself? The employee system lets you hire workers to take care of repetitive jobs around your operation.

Craft a Staffing Desk to get started. From there, you can hire three different types of employees:

• Botanist — $30 to hire / $2 per day
  Takes care of up to 8 crops or Growing Beds by harvesting and replanting them.

• Chemist — $40 to hire / $3 per day
  Works with up to 4 Cooking Vats or Hash Presses and handles furnace processing when needed.

• Handler — $25 to hire / $2 per day
  Manages up to 5 Drying Racks or storage pickup points and moves items between different parts of your setup.

Use the Management Clipboard to set up where each employee works. You can assign their bed, workstations, output storage, and up to 16 supply containers.

Once everything is assigned, employees will move around on their own, grab the supplies they need, work at their assigned stations, drop off finished items, and return to bed when there’s nothing left to do.

Each Staffing Desk can have up to 10 employees per player, and assignments can be made within 48 blocks of the desk. Employees can be paid for either 1 day or 7 days at a time.

Herbal Production

Craft short grass to obtain OG Kush Seeds and grow your own crops. Once harvested, plants can be processed into different products using Narcosis equipment such as the Hash Press.

Powder Refinement

Grow tropical coca plants and process what you harvest through several stages using items like the Cooking Vat. Each step turns your materials into more valuable products that can be sold or used elsewhere in your operation.

Fungal Cultivation

Grow mushrooms using Growing Beds, Spore Syringes, and Substrate. Craft, plant your spores, wait for them to grow, and harvest them when they’re ready.

Underground Trading

Sell your products to villagers and build up a group of repeat customers as you expand into new villages.

Money Laundering

Use the Laundering Station to clean your earnings and turn them into resources and other useful materials.

Tobacco Production

Buy tobacco seeds from Wandering Traders and grow tobacco plants. Harvest the leaves and cure them on Drying Racks, then place finished cigars inside a Humidor to age them and increase their value.

Recipes & Getting Started

JEI (Just Enough Items) is highly recommended since it makes it much easier to see all of the recipes added by Narcosis.

Version Support

Narcosis is still being actively worked on, so expect more content, improvements, and new systems in future updates.
